Payment
Payment through insurance will be expected at the time of appointment through either Uplift or Headway platform. Private pay will be accepted through Headway only.

Cancellation Policy
Treatment outcomes are most successful and overall treatment time shorter when therapy is attended on a consistent weekly basis. However, every effort is make to accommodate life's unexpected schedule changes. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. If that is not done, you will be charged $75 for any missed appointments. Emergency Cancellations (within 24 hours) due to a family emergency or some other unforeseeable infrequent circumstance will be a courtesy reschedule. Please be aware that insurance companies do not make payment for missed appointments. (You will not be charged for weather-related cancellations if area schools are closed due to the weather at the time of your appointment.)
