Therapy

Virtual therapy:  I offer mental health therapy in the virtual setting with adults and teens (12-17) only. Sessions are 53 minutes and typically weekly in the beginning. I offer a free 15 minute consultation prior to working together upon request. Clients also must be located in the state of Virginia during therapy sessions as required by VA Board of Social Work. I know some are hesitant to do virtual therapy, but I have found that rapport is very easily built when you are in the comfort of your own space.

Groups: I will be offering group therapy for children and teens over the summer. Please see Summer Groups for more information.
