
Therapy
Virtual and In-person therapy: I offer mental health therapy in both the office and virtual setting with adults and teens (12-17) only. Sessions are 53 minutes and typically weekly in the beginning. I offer a free 15 minute consultation prior to working together upon request. Clients also must be located in the state of Virginia during therapy sessions as required by VA Board of Social Work.

My counseling style is supportive and interactive. Although I use many traditional approaches, I believe that just having someone who will listen without judgment, can be incredibly helpful no matter what brought you into counseling.
